Exam discrepancy

Things with this institution seem to be getting from bad to worse. I am supposed to be writing an exam today at 9am and the link to the exam is still not there. I got a call from exam department last week telling me that the link is removed but will be available this week before the date of the exam. I called the number and I could not go through and I decided to call the reception that is when I was told that I can't call the exam department as they are working remotely and that they will send an email to them with my details so that they call me. I even sent an email to support and only got a reference number of my case, its 8:55 now as I am writing this review and still there is no link which means that I wont be writing the exam that I took leave for and studied so hard
