Exam

On the 24 of may 2024 I had an exam, the exam was 3 hours . I got into the exam but the exam wouldn’t load, with no explanation whatsoever. I called them and I did not get an answer like usual. I didn’t get a warning about my storage or anything so I sent them a picture of my screen via email results to them calling me. I was on the call with the one lady who was just trying to help me pin point the problem for about 2 hours but nothing was working she then told me to delete some stuff on my laptop and clear my cache, in which I did.( I only use use their laptop for work purposes so I didn’t reallY have a lot of things)

Fast forward she helps me resolve the issue by making me reboot my laptop and logging out countless times. She then proceeds to tell me to finish writing then she will grant me a 2nd attempt for lost time since we BOTH couldn’t pinpoint the problem on time for me to have my full 3 hours of the exam but the second attempt will only be 40 minutes. I agree because because I can now write with out any issues and I can type pretty quickly.

17 July being today i ask if both attempts were marked (the first one being the original attempt and the second one which was given to me).” Please note that lecturers are not allowed to mark 2 exam papers and then combine marks when students are experiencing technical issues that they should be prepared for during Proctored exams according to the minimum system requirements”. Mind you I have been asking them to help me with this issue, I have been emailing support after doing mock exams and no one seemed to pin point the problem.

I feel so defeated because not only do I have a big fail on my results but Milpark courses are not cheap.
