Everyone was helpful until I finished registration!

I am honestly very disappointed and is starting to regret my decision in registering... The advisors have been really friendly and helpful until I completed my registration! No one can tell you when you will start with classes when you ask for a timetable they say that they will send it to you and. I still haven't received it... Before registering not one of the advisors were able to tell me how my classes will work and how many classes I will have or even when I will have them(mornings evenings or only weekends) Now only am I finding out that I will basically never have classes even tho I paid more for DLO thinking I will have online lectures every day... Now they tell me that I will be doing one subject at a time for 8 weeks and then only begin the next subject whenever... None of this information was available anywhere prior to my registration or explained to me! I am disappointed and still doesn't know when my first courses will be loaded and when or how my classes will work!
