Easily the worst experience of my life

<p>I have decided to write a review because I believe I have been patient, accomodating and understanding for a long enough period of time now with no adequate assistance. During the last semester last year (2016) I spoke with Godfordine Kasan who assured me that in my final semester as a Bcom student (beginning 2017) I would be able to take my last four modules all together to be able to complete my degree in June 2017. I work full time and was given permission to take four modules per semester as a distance learning student as I have passed all of my subjects thus far. I was then informed that all the four modules are not being offered this semester and I would only be able to take two this semester. I pushed myself even further because I was told I would be able to take all four modules and finish this semster, by also studying and passing CFA level 1 in December 2016. Now I have spoken to five individuals in total who are yet to help me. Elmarie Viljoen escalated the matter to the Dean of Milpark on the 19/01/2017 however there has been no response from the Dean. I understand individuals get busy however I fail to believe that it should take more than a month (I started with this on the 4th January 2017) for this to get sorted out. All of my additional studies and career moves have been planned around me completing my last four modules this semester. This is also why I specifically asked and confirmed that I would be able to take these four modules now. Since Friday I have called Milpark twice with no answer, left a message - no response and emailed again - again with no response. All I want it to finish my studies at Milpark.
