Getting a course registered was easy, but to have the necessary student support like academic support is a failure, where they release your student portal 2 weeks after having your exam written! Then to do a follow up with endless faults found in studies and solutions book, you are sent around and told to do abc and then hope they feel anything where they do not feel anything as it is not there money they are wasting. Never have I received this type of service from an institution that I am suppose to trust to future my own knowledge. Indubitability the worst educational institution currently in SA. This puts a new level to customer satisfaction!
