DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR !!!

I'm extremely disappointed with Milpark’s handling of my studies. I unfortunately did not finish the BCOM02-5 module, which I was told is now replaced by DIBG01-5. I requested an opportunity to resubmit my assignment and obviously paying for the student committee to review my request, but this was declined. Instead, I was offered a reduced fee to redo the module in the following semester (2026), which I paid.

After many calls and logging multiple cases (CAS-436515-N4B1V0, CRM:***, Reduced Fee and Payment Plan CRM:***, CAS-404021-F0Y3V4), I only received an email a week ago stating that I cannot redo the module because I have not completed the requisite module. My question is: how was I able to do it last year under the same circumstances? Now, I am being asked to pay again.

This is disgusting behaviour. If I do not finish this module, my bursary will not cover my second year, and Milpark seems completely unconcerned about the student impact. It feels like the institution only cares about money!

I strongly caution anyone considering studying here to think carefully. My experience has been frustrating
