Disgraceful service
Service agreement levels are beyond repulsive. I've sent over 10 emails in the past two weeks and still no response from anyone. I've copied student services, support services, Lorraine Hina, Tracey Joseph, Keshia Adriaanse, Graduations and even Accounts department... I've tried calling numerous times and get transferred from pillar to post than my call gets cut eventually.
This is the worst service that I've ever received especially from a well known institution.
Would not recommend it to anyone.
