Discouraged and demotivated

I wrote an online BLaw exam with Milpark, and their system kicked me out 11 times. I used the online helpdesk but they all came up with different reasons, and I couldn't finish my exam due to the time lost. I have now failed the module, and I'm advised that I must repeat instead of getting a rewrite. I tried to send emails and called with the response.

Where must I get the money. I'm on a work bursary. I send an email to milpark support with screenshots and the lecturer on that very day but till today no response. I have used the new online platform but nothing. I have even send through previous certificates for credit it's been almost 3 weeks now.

This is supposed to be a school of hope... what is this?
