Disappointed with Milpark Business school service.

I am sharing my complaint here because I have tried everything to get feedback from Milpark with no success. In May 2024, I was supposed to write my risk management exam; however had an issue accessing the exam due to technical issues . I reached out to technical support, and after they attempted to assist me, me ,they failed, and I was contacted by a technical consultant I was chatting with, and she confirmed that the program manager approved an auto-deferral. And after a month, I was worried as I was not getting any SMS with the exam date. I then reached out to the Eshaam Samaai student advisor to find out when the exam would be, and below is his response. Hi Takalani It has been done. ***7: Student could not complete exam due to technical issues and added to auto-deferral list.

But to my surprise when I went to check my results, I picked up that I had failed the module with 18%; however, I never wrote an exam and am still waiting for auto-deferral. I reached out to student support, where I have engaged with Cleo Erasmus for the past 5 days. All she says is that she is following up with the program manager. Take note: this is my final semester, and I am only left with 2 subjects to finish my degree. How do I continue with Milpark to do my honors if they are treating me like this on my final year? I need this matter to be treated with a sense of urgency and require urgent feedback. I need to know when I will be writing the exam, as I am not going to be repeating this subject due to the incompetency of someone. I think someone did not do their job, and now I have been sent from pillar to post.
