Deferred Module

I had to defer my marketing module last semester to this semester due to your technical issues. I was promised a call by someone to get it resolved before I write this semester but no call was received. I eventually had to sort myself out. I got confirmation *** that the module was deferred. Confirmation date for new exam was also provided. Someone from your office just sent me an *** saying I need to send a deferral application AGAIN to have access to the module in the portal...WHY MUST I DO ANOTHER DEFERRAL APPLICATION IF THE MODULE WAS Deferred ALREADY? Check your records and correct this mess. Milpark just keeps adding stress and anxiety during exams due to your inconsistencies. I need to urgently access my marketing module as I'm writing on the 19th of October.
