Consistently Underwhelming Service — Unfortunately, No Longer a Surprise

If I could rate your service zero stars, I would. As a student, it is incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be forced to go to such lengths just to receive a basic response. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Over the past week, I have: - Logged a case - Made several follow-up phone calls - Sent emails.

I have clearly explained on multiple occasions that I require a letter of good standing. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.

The continued lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing. I urge you to address this matter urgently and provide the requested documentation without further delay.
