Concern Regarding Exam Rewrite Notification – Case CAS-389869-P0Q3T4

I would like to express my concern regarding my recent iMac exam. I only found out on the release date that I am required to rewrite due to an ID verification issue. This has been extremely frustrating, especially since I have written many subjects through Milpark before without any problems.

I have now logged four cases, and each time I call in, I am transferred to several different people and have to explain the situation from the beginning again. Although the agents apologise, nothing seems to be resolved, and I am told the matter will be referred. It is unclear why the system did not block me from writing in the first place if there was an issue with my ID, instead of notifying me only on the release date.

I work full-time and cannot take time off whenever the schedule changes unexpectedly. Being asked to email and then having to wait up to two weeks for feedback makes the situation even more difficult. This is not the level of service I previously experienced with Milpark, and it is disappointing to see how things have changed.

I would appreciate urgent clarity on what is happening, what the next steps are, and how this situation can be resolved efficiently. I truly want to complete my qualification, but the ongoing challenges make it extremely discouraging. email me or call me at work pls
