Complaint Regarding Delayed Refund

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable delay in processing my refund and request immediate escalation of this matter. On 7/10/2024, I submitted a refund application which, according to your stated policy, should have been processed within 10 business days. It has now been 28/10/2024 with no resolution. This delay is causing severe hardship for my family due to a medical emergency.

The delay in processing my refund has direct implications for my daughter's medical care, as I require these funds to purchase necessary medication. Your failure to meet the promised timeline is not just an inconvenience – it is actively impacting my ability to provide essential medical care for my child.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I expect a response within 24 hours given the critical nature of this situation.
