Complaint Against Milpark Education – Procedural Unfairness (CAS-397537-R6Z3N0)

I am dissatisfied with Milpark Education’s handling of a disciplinary matter relating to an alleged breach of examination rules.

In mid-December, I was notified of the allegation, yet no supporting evidence was provided. Since then, I have requested the evidence five times via email and telephonic follow-ups. On each occasion, I was assured it would be furnished within a specified timeframe. This has not happened.

I was informed that the appeal form would be provided together with the evidence. As a result of Milpark’s continued failure to provide either, I am unable to lodge an appeal.

This unresolved matter has caused direct academic prejudice. I am required to register for the new semester but am unable to do so because the issue remains unresolved. Milpark’s inaction is actively obstructing my academic progression.

I have exhausted all internal avenues within Milpark and am therefore compelled to raise this complaint on a public forum.

Resolution sought (within 5 business days): • Full disclosure of the evidence re**** upon; • Provision of the appeal form and confirmation of the appeal process; and • Written confirmation that I may register pending finalisation of the appeal.

I seek transparency, procedural fairness, and urgent resolution.
