Certificate Reprint

On the 02/08/2024 i requested a certificate reprint as i have lost the one that i had, i submitted all the documents they requested from me and i also paid the money that was required and sent them the proof of payment, the student administrators that were assisting was Ismaeel Jacobs and Moeneebah Samuels up until now i have not yet received my Certificate. One of the lady(whom i think was a supervisor) called me sometime in December after i have been calling them numerous times saying on the 1st week of Jan 2025 i will receive my Certificate but still now i have not received it . I called them on the 28th of January and spoke to the lady by name of Adelah who was the receptionist and told me that she is going to give them the message and they will get back to me by tomorrow but i am still waiting for that call
