CERTIFICATE RE-PRINT
I have been waiting for a re-print of the certificate of my qualification - 120 Credit, which I requested from Milpark three months ago.
To this day, nothing has come to light even though I have paid the fee of R600 for this service.
I am about to lose my job in fifteen days if Milpark doesn't honour my request to re-issue this certificate.
In insurance, we lean on the principle of 'Fit and Proper - Honest and Integrity'. Now, it appears as if I was dishonest about acquiring this qualification. I got hired based on the premise that I will produce this certificate.
I feel helpless, and I really don't know what to do. Please help - anybody.
