Carefree Program Manager& Milpark staff (pathetic service)

Hi If I had an option to rate Milpark 0 , I would as they do not deserve even 1 star. Dealing with Milpark is just a nightmare, the only time you will get support from them is when they want you to register with them. I hope this message gets to the executive attention as Program Managers do not care/not interested ar all. I wrote an exam for FINM02-7, which was seeparated into 2, first part i wrote and submitted successfully. When i wrote the second part of the exam i saved 10 minutes before cutoff time and tried submitting, system kept on giving me an error and i immediately sent an email to support with my scipt. I then followed up and was adviced to send the script to assments and copy Boitumelo who is the program manager , i did that on the very same day immediately. I received no acknowledgement none what so ever. I then called the following day to check if my scipt was received ,no one was able to confirm and i was told program manager cannot take calls i should leave my details they will call me back, I received no call still. I tried again the following day a lady by the name of Amanda from support tried getting hold of the program manager without any luck. Amanda then sent me an email saying prrogram manager says as long as i sent it to the right email , it should be fine but never confirmed if the script was uploaded successfully. I received results yesterday and only 1 part of my exam was marked ,part B was not marked though i followed the process through and through. I sent another email to Boitumelo last night with a read receipt option,and even now it was not opened ( maybe its a norm not to open emails). I called mulpark this morning, i was told Boitumelo cannot take calls, i need to go to support. Asked for a complaint process and i was referred to support. Milpark does not care about anything but your money, this is supposed to be my last module, but year in and year out i have been miserable dealing with milpark. Even now not sure if something is being done about my issue , i just need to wait in the darkness. Everyday i will i had chosen another institution not Milpark. I cannot wait to finish with this module and part ways with Milpark, thay are clearly not coping with the proctor system they introduced themselves, now we have to suffer tge consequences.
