Cancellation and refund

I have been trying to cancel my studies due to medical reasons however all they wanna do is take me to a displinary appointment and I wasn’t feeling well at all when I wrote my exam

This is the worst school to enrol with I regret the day I enrolled with them all I want for for them to atleast refund half of the money because I only managed to do my first semester

I completed their cancellation form 5 times even today I even told them on the comments that I’m submitting this late again they very quick when you register but you never get help once enrolled I’ve never received any study materials even worse
