Milpark education is nothing but a money making **** institution. This institution is all about putting students through the worst instead of educating them in peace. In 2020 I almost lost my job because of their incompetence, I don't think they even abide to theirs values all they do is to milk every single penny from students. I was supposed to re-write exams first semester for only 2 modules, prepared myself only to find out during the exam day their so called proctorio system kept on kicking me out, well this guy's are really good, their lectures promised to be available on a group chat during exams should one encounter problems but my chats were not responded to, time is ticking, I am in a panic mode, called their looney call center who promised they will escalate well to cut the long story short they don't deliver and support students. Then on the day I am supposed to write the second exam, unscheduled load shedding happened, I called the call center to advise and one of their consultants said not to worry another date will be provided, I asked several times if she was sure and like any other empty promise she assured me. Little did I know it was the beginning on a nightmare. Now I had to call back to check when will I get another date well out of nowhere I was told I need to prove that there was unscheduled load shedding in my area," contact the municipality to request a report, go to a police station to get an affidavit once I have all that then I need to write a letter to their so called school committee to request a date. Like wow why wasn't given this information provided to me initially.?? I explained that's not what I was told they can listen to the call and I was told that I need to follow the procedure. I therefore went from pillar to post trying to contact the municipality, their phone rings no one responds, tried emailing but nothing worked, until I tried Eskom Facebook page and by the grace of God it was posted. I Sent through the appeal and I was given a second semester exam date, no matter how I stressed on the letter I need a sooner date as this that exam will determine if I will continue being employed, school committee don't really care, it's either that or nothing. Now after all ordeal I sat back and realized that this school has no empathy, they caused me trauma, the whole experience affected my performance at work and the deadline for to submit results to my employer was the 30th of June 2022. I had to make a quick decision to save my job, Therefore I went to another institution to get my qualifications as per Fais requirement, which was a smooth sailing, maybe u guys can Learn a thing or two from other institutions . Then all of sudden I kept on getting emails stating I must pay the is balance otherwise I won't get my results, I ignored the email, like what results coz I didn't write the exams, next thing I'm getting emails stating that I must pay or else my Acc will be handed over, like really, Milpark is soo dodgey, next thing I'm getting an sms stating that my Acc is handed over like for what exactly, why does this look like it's a clothing Acc or a personal loan?? I need to understand what do I owe u coz u never fulfilled your promises as an institution, u failed me, put in an uncomfortable situation with a possibility of losing my job and the emotional damage is even worse, I felt like my head was going to explode SO PLEASE SHARE WHAT DO I OWE YOU EXACTLY!!!! from where I am standing you guys owe me an apology for putting me through the worst but no its all about money you probably don't care. So what I need from u since you stated that I owe you, show me a contract that I signed with you for my 2 modules which stipulates the terms and conditions 'that failure to pay your fees your account will be handed over.' I need that in black and white, because I don't remember signing that contract if you don't have proof then leave me alone please, you already caused enough damage and I won't recommend your money **** institution to anyone!!
