Books Not Delivered

I provided Milpark Education with the required documentation and Proof of Payment for my distance learning course on 15 January 2018 and awaited the delivery of my learning material. According to their own terms the books were to have been delivered to me within "one week". As deliveries normally take around three days, I queried Milpark on 18 January 2018 only to be told that the books had not been sent yet, however, I would definitely receive the books "within the following week". When I had not received the books by 25 January 2018 I again queried non delivery with them and was advised that the books had still not been sent and that I would get them "within the next week". Needless to say, by 1 February 2018 I still had not received the books and was given the same standard reply that they would be delivered within the next week. I am studying through the ICB and Milpark only supply me with the text books (in this case for one subject) which I paid R3 300.00 for. The service offered by Milpark can only be described as totally unacceptable. I had my study plan worked out (my examination fee has already been paid) and I am now 12 days (36 study hours) behind schedule and am expected to wait another week. This is ridiculous! Very disappointing! Disgraceful! Let an employee get into a vehicle and deliver the books to my door within three days instead of apologising and making excuses. I shall be addressing the ICB with regards to cancelling Milpark's accreditation.

I was not "assisted" today, I was merely given the third assurance that I would get my books "within the next week". Your assurances are worthless and I am not prepared to wait another week. Get your act together and try and do some kind of service recovery by ensuring that I get my books before a week has transpired.
