Bogus Milpark Education

How I am so disappointed with this institution which I thought was international and will give my daughter a better chance in employment industry. My daughter registered for a Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, and I thought, let us start with 1 module as she is fresh from school. She registered for Personal Lines (Domestic Insurance), and the exam was on the 23rd May 2024. We woke and went to my work place as I did not want any internet issues whilst she was writing. 30 minutes into the exam, she comes out of the room she was writing in very frustrated as she has been kicked out. My colleagues who have also studied with Milpark, tried to call Milpark as the support button was not working and when it worked, the support kept on dropping her before the query was resolved. 3 hours later, she did not write her exam. With the assistance of the colleague that studied at Milpark, she sent an email advising what happened. She was advised that, she needs to pay R 320.00, and request deferral. I was very angry, but paid the R 320.00, for her. A week later a response was received, deferral has been granted but, she will write in October 2024. I asked my daughter to request a venue, rather and I am willing to pay for it. She received a response on Monday, to pay R 500.0, but the they cannot guarantee her the venue. What kind of **** is this? I am very disappointed at this institution as they do not answer calls if you phone them. I wish the department of higher education can investigate this bogus institution which just want to milk and frustrate students. If their system cannot cater for online exams , they should have an option for writing the exam at the venue period.
