Bad service

So I recently had a pretty frustrating experience with Milpark. After completing my studies with them several years ago, I've been trying to get my hands on my certificate but keep hitting roadblocks. The communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like they're not taking my issue seriously. I’m in Gauteng and decided I will go personally to collect , only to find out they based in Cape Town only,It's disappointing to have put in all the hard work only to be faced with this kind of obstacle when trying to move forward in my career. When call they keep on asking me to log a case online, I have been doing that and it’s not helping, why can’t they just send my certificate Simple, that’s all I’m asking for, since their process is not helping, it's definitely been a major headache dealing with their lack of follow-through.
