Bad service at Milpark college

Since I paid my registration in December 2021 for the course starting in January 2022,I was promised that I will get study material early January until today i didnt get anything and that ****es me off is that soon the course duration will end,(june),I have being sent email to their senior management no one cares,they never respond or make a follow up
