Bad service

I've had the worst experience with milpark this semester I'm even afraid if I'm going to make it this semester. I paid my fees for the year in the first semester so that I won't have to worry about registration in the second semester now that the second semester is here milpark is giving me the run around they don't want to finalize my registration. The advanced amount brought forward from the amount I paid in the first semester is more than R17000 which in terms of registration is more than enough or so I thought because that's how other institutions work but I was told by milparks consultants that milpark requires the full amount at registration like what kind of institutions is that they are more concerned about money than their students. At this moment the shortfall is about R2300 but they are still giving me the run around like they even go to the extend of adding 10% to that remaing short fall like I'm behind on a loan I took from them. I then spoke to one of their senior consultants who said they would escalate my query and come back he didn't come back to me instead he sent one of the juniors to call me and give me an offer with even more interest added.I then send the email to refuse the offer and informed them that I would rather go the offer of Paying R2300 in instalments effective now but for some reason even now my registration has not been finalized I'm am feeling helpless and don't know where to turn can someone senior or the principal please take this matter over and finalize my registration it's very petty that after paying more R17000 my registration is still not finalized
