Bad service

The service you get after you've paid for it to be rendered is just utterly poor. I've been having problems in getting an exam marked as from the 21st of October I had encountered a Technical problem during submission followed all their requirements and requested assistance from Academic Comity but without any luck because all you hear is, if you cannot pay us our admin fee to discuss your matter you cant get assisted even if you state you will pay but not today but on salary date it remains no pay no help in a nut shell. This institution is a costly 1 and now everything tide to it from student services or just getting hold of a services comes at a cost. time and money.

please just mark my paper hold my results back till i pay which i will. i cant believe it i don't even owe this school any fees all paid in full yet this is the treatment you get pay and get helped

i'll probably only get respnse to this next month also
