Bad service

I'm so so disappointed and disgusted by Milpark business school, I completed my Diploma in business Mangement certification in 1999, it came to my attention that my certificate does not exit, not recognize and I dont even appear under their data, after I paid so much high school fees, in 2014 MIE did verification of qualifications with Milpark business school, results came back negative, my company tried again with MIE in 2015 still the results came back negative, again recently around May 2023 MIE sent another check, and they are not getting any feedback from Milpark business school, 2018 I was told that this issue will be resolved after writing numerous emails to Chantal however till today it hasn't been resolved, i even went there personally they confirmed that it will be sorted, all students who studied around that time are all affected by this some of students that I still have contact with confirmed that they are experiencing the same problem and Chantal assured us that it will be resolved, however when MIE is doing verification with Milpark business school we do not exist, this is so frustrating and affecting my career growth and job opportunities I'm so disappointed I cant even sleep at night.
