Bad service

I am disappointed with Milpark. I am doing my third year with Milpark and I am doing my last two modules this semester and I am going through difficult time personally. I had to go to the the****** from June and I was referred to the psychiatrist because my matter was too serious. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety attacks and the Professor suggested that I needed to be admitted to the hospital and I could not because I've got small kids and that is when he gave me the repeat prescription for the diagnosis. I am still on the medication. I am always tired and I always feel drowsy. I try my best to do my daily activities but sometimes I don't manage. I still have a follow up with the psychiatrist next month. Therefore, I missed the online tests for Economics 3A and Case Study. I requested from Milpark to open the tests because of the reason I explained above. They declined my special request and then I sent an appeal, they still declined due to the fact that the doctor's note dates do not align to the online test dates. I am still not well. The doctor confirmed on the note that I am on the medication. my illness has everything to do with my mental health and it is so disappointing that Milpark does not understand that. I am trying my level best to study in this state but I don't feel that Milpark sympathize with me in this. I am extremely disappointed and I don't think this is fair since this is the first time this is happening and this is my forth year with the institution.

Below is the email MILPARK sent me: Your post on Hello Peter of the 31st of October 2018 has been noted. The Appeals Committee that considered your appeal against the decision of the Academic Committee regarding your online tests, can only take a decision based on the evidence submitted. The medical evidence that you submitted does not align with the dates of the online tests, hence the decision of the Appeal Committee to uphold the initial decision of the Academic Committee. This is within the Milpark rules. Going forward, may I suggest that, rather than posting on Hello Peter, that we try to resolve issues internally. Please remember that we do have a student counselor should you require assistance regarding personal, medical or any other circumstances that may be impacting on your studies. She is there to assist and support you. I cannot believe that the institution sent me the same e-mail I received prior to writing my review on hellopeter. This confirms that the institution does not care about their students. They did not even attend to this matter. The message is sent to my work e-mail which means they know who they are dealing with and they've got my contact details. They did not even try to contact me. It is obvious that I need to contact SACE.

Milpark is ignoring the fact that I am telling them I am still on medication and I sent them a repeat prescription and the photos of the medication I am currently taking. Doctor's note mentions that I am still on medication. some of the side effects of the medication I am taking are: dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, tiredness etc. I am not sure now how to explain my situation. It is obvious that the institution does not care. They only care about us paying their ridiculously expensive fees. This is really disgusting.
