BAD SERVICE

I would like to express my disappointment with this school, for a private higher education their service is pathetic !!! I have been with their different advisors on the phone for 2 weeks and none of them is willing to assist me.You are kept on hold for a very long time, and they hung up, when you get one they not assisting! I need to change my profile from public to corporate. If i miss the deadline my company won't pay for my fees. WHAT IS DIFFICULT TO DO. I can't do it myself as i already have an active profile. You need to cancel my current profile and create a new one for me, and I CANT DO IT MYSELF. i have a few days left to sort this out.....
