Bad Service

Milpark Education is not attending to our querries. They send emails from one person to the other without providing any feedback. Their website does not have complaint details/process. I called their office last week Wednesday and was on hold for 22 minutes, still no one could assist. Yesterday someone called me and promised they will call me back to resolve my issue. It has been more than 24 hours and I am still waiting.
