Bad practice

I am on the verge of finishing my degree. I have struggled with many issues during exams including, not being able to access the exam, no support when you try and phone them and then it showing on the website that I have not submitted half of my exam. I finally received results (6 weeks after writing) and apparently only got 49% on one which entitles me to write a supplementary exam. I have one day to register for it and of course it is not available. I phoned the help line and was told to send an email which I did immediately. I received a response that they will get back to me in 48 hours (by then I can no longer register for the supplementary). This is the one frustration. I am following the rules because if I don't it will be even more expensive. The other frustration is that I have requested that I receive a copy of both portions of my exam so they can prove that they have marked the entire exam (there is no way that I failed this particular exam), again, I am given a ticket and no response.

I understand that they need to make money, but surely there is a better way of doing it than de*****ing their own students. This is a money making gimmick and to be honest I am tired of it. I still have outstanding queries from last year which apparently are not important to them at all. Find another institution to study through, this one does not have the system of the staff to support what they are offering
