Bad customer service for

My Sanelisiwe Zwane. I have studied with Milpark Education for more than 6 years. But the level of poor service receiving this year is out of this world. First l am a bursary student so the bursary paid full for my first semester. Due to the fact that l registered for both semesters in January. I can't get my first semester results due to being a debtor. But l owe fees for second semester and not second semester.

COST01-6 Module l was told l didn't write the exam whereas as l wrote the exam at Alberton MSC Business school as arranged by you guys. I emailed the support department last week but n one has attended my email till today.
