Bad customer service
I inquired about RE5 exam preparation, Consultant by the name of Babalwa Gasa told me that if I buy moc exam it comes with RE5 exam soft copies materials. I paid R1 125 to my surprise I only receive Moc exam without study materials. When I tried to contact her she no longer respond to my emails,but someone else did . I am very disappointed about the wrong information I received. I ask her to call but she is no longer responding to my emails
