Bad customer service and not willing to help

Please assist i have attended Milpark business school in 1998 and obtained by diploma with them. now recently i went to Unisa to register and i was told they cant pick up my diploma. i called Milpark i was told they cant pick me up on there system. after two weeks waiting i finally got assistance this lady was able to pick me up on the system but the registration was closed at Unisa. I told myself i will register this year. All Unisa want to know is what NQF level is my Diploma and how many credit i have on the subject passed. i called milpark again asking the same thing back to square one they cant pik me up on there system basically its like i have a matric cerfiticate only. this is affecting my life badly i cant register with any intitution because they always want that information and milpark is not assisting. the last time i got feedback that was two weeks back they said they see that i was a registered student with thenm but they still not giving me the information i need. i call and email every second day i dont get feedback nothing. my parents invested their last saving to make sure i go to school i dont deserve to go through something like this.
