Bad Administration

Ten days ago I registered online for a 6 week course. I supp**** my ID and proof of payment as per requirement. Since then I have called many times to ask about my application status I've been redirected from post to pillar with no joy. I have sent emails, logged requests on the online portal. No response! I want my money back please. I will look for a similar course elsewhere. The administration at this institution is the worst I have experienced. How long should I wait to be registered for a 6 week online course?
