Application process a total nightmare

Milpark's admin is a nightmare overall. When I wanted to apply for Advanced certificate in Financial planning, a consultant advised that I should only get a quote online and pay the fees, of which was done. The company I work for paid, we were then told that we have to register online, that was done. I have to constantly follow up with Milpark, which is now getting irritating. I actually dread opting for Milpark, I can't imagining what waiting for my results will be like if it takes weeks to get my application with them done, while I the whole amount was paid for.
