Application fee taken by them

Never thought i would have a bad experience with the school as a first time applicant now i wonder if they are reliable. I paid my application fee on their website using the online payment option, authorised the payment on my banking app and the money was debited. Tell me when it did not update on their website that i made a payment to them, the website kept crashing each time i refreshed the page or restarted it. Now it requires that i make a payment AGAIN. I have sent emails, texts on social media but their customer service team is worthless their turnaround time is soo bad. I even sent proof of transaction but they are all quiet. Impressive for a company that says they care about their students
