Academic Transcript

I requested my academic records from milpark since last semester and for some reason they're refusing to send them to me. They keep referring me back to their portal yet I'm not an admitted student there the portal only allows you to do that once you've been admitted.

I logged in and send them the screenshot of what us happening then after a long back and forth and being on the phone with someone who also says they can't help me but can see my emails a guy by the name of John sent me forms to complete and email back to him with a pop so they can send the transcript with the nqf per module. I did that I paid R650 in total the R150 is for courier fees, Today he rep**** and sent me back 😑 😒 to the portal.

I just want my transcript so I can apply at a different institution that's all I want 😩. I'm soo stressed out about all this
