Academic transcript

If I had a lower score I would really give it, I need to register for the second semester at another institution and iam requesting my academic records, Which I was promised that they will be sent to us only for them to ignore me and they made me pay and told me they can't email the records since it's thier new rule. I'm honestly disgusted by the service I received from Milpark. I don't know what to do anymore 😕, I just need my academic transcript that's all. I spoke to people last month and I was promised they will courier them but still nothing 💔.

Please tell me what to do?
