Academic Institution or Money making Scheme???

I have been studying with Milpark since 2018. However over the last 2 years things have changed from being a highly regarded institution in my opinion to a money making scheme that doesn't care at all well about uplifting its students, they are now all about making as much money out of students as possible. I missed submitting an assignment for a module due to being hospitalized 10 days prior to submission. After my discharge I had to go through physio for 2 weeks. I only realized that it was not submitted when I got my result. After consulting the student support I was referred to book an assignment extension request. I got a response stating that my request was too late, I have to submit a request within 24hr as per the guide book. Why was i advised to book and pay for an attention knowing very well that it was too late and much time has lapsed. now my statement of result is written INCOMPLETE for this module. Now I have to pay back the bursary fee for the module and again pay Milpark to redo the module. Added to that I have to repay bursary money for Microeconomics and again pay Milpark to redo the module all this out of my own pocket (I asked to write a supplementary but they declined and said I have to redo it). I now have a huge to repay and I have to pay twice. I can't afford to pay for myself hence I app**** for a bursary.

Milpark has turned into a disappointment, a cause of stress and headache in my life. Now I'm dee id debt, I cant wait to part ways, I won't do my honors degree with an institution that only pretends to care about its students, and their development.
