Academic Exclusion(unjust decision)

my employer paid full fees for a course, in the middle of the year i informed Milpark of my ill health and asked them to suspend my studies. they granted me that , a year later they said i can register and study at the same fee which i had paid last year, the next thing they froze my account, labelled me as a non payer, they said i owed them R.6600 after numerous calls, they reduced it to R3000.00 with no explanation, after numerous calls they then informed me that i don't owe the school anything. i asked them to let me finish the modules that i hadn't done, ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I HAD BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE COURSE AS A WHOLE. WHERE IS MY COMPANY'S MONEY?
