Absolutely no assistance perthetic

This is now the 8 email that I send with absolutely no assistance.I have been asking for assistance to reset my password to get into the MIlpark site to receive my assignment requirements which is due in a week to no avail as all I get is the processes to reset which is clearly not working I then asked if the assignment could be sent to me with no response.Secondly I asked if I could get assistance with a prescribed book as none of the bookshops have it,Sindy from MIlpark said she would check still no response is this really how you deal with students needing assistance.The book is Peoject management in perspective 2nd ed. Your urgent assistance will really be appreciated
