A silver lining in the making

Based on a negative review I posted earlier, it is only fair to provide an update for all to see. Subsequent to writing the initial review, I was contacted by Ismail King from Milpark Education. In a matter of a few days I received all the information I had requested from the milpark students advisors and failed to receive. Ismail has undertaken to review and attempt to improve the student advisor experience and process. I wish him every success and would rate Ismail specifically, 5 stars for how diligently he resolved my immediate matter. I gave Milpark 3 stars in this review based on the amount of work needed to fix the student advisor experience but the fact that Ismail is actively working to improve this is impressive.
