Milo and their false advertising
As so many ( I am sure) excited customers to buy the tin milo with the free cup, I couldn't wait to test ours. I bought it for my son but to my dissapointment it was a plastic cup, not like the one advertised. I decided to write a complaint to Milo with the given email. I day or so later I received a email back which asked me to provide the barcode, manufacturing date, packing date, expiring date etc. which I rep**** with. I was happy to receive a email back saying my cup is being couriered to me and that I will receive it in a weeks time. I waited for more than a week and sent a email yet again but up until today I did not hear anything back from them. Why promise something if they don't intend to keep their promise? Why all the false advertising? I am extremely dissapointed and although I know one customer won't make a difference, I definitely will never buy Milo again. I'd rather stick to Hot Chocolate
