Excellent customer service, good company all-round.

If I could give 4.5/5, I would. Excellent customer service and super fast delivery. They sell beauty products that don't ship to SA, which is great if you've been wanting to try out a brand to which you otherwise wouldn't have access. My only issues are 1) they don't take custom orders 2) their markup and delivery costs are a little high, probably due to SA customs/taxes. Even so, I'm a repeat customer and would highly recommend.
