Worst customer service _ ******** who ***** from the people

I bought a headboard set in January 2021, after making a full payment they promised to deliver within 7 days. I am still waiting for my goods, they are now ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages. The last l heard from them was when my request was supposedly escalated to Management. I have requested a refund and sent them my bank details and they have ignored that as well. I want my money back.
