Worse service delivery ever

Milo Designs- is a worse retail business in south Africa that I have came across with. I bought furniture from them In April 2017 but still I haven't received it yet now it's a year a and 2 months. The CEO Marco Wood is an arrogant person who is robbing people their hard earn money. When i first asked about my delivery after 8 weeks they told me their employees went to church there is a shortage, 2nd time it was the courier company that they using it's slow and on top of that I even offer if I could send a courier at my expense , the CEO made an excuse that he is sorting out the issue, 3rd time the Ceo and the sales person they have a problem with their courier co.pany but now they have found another one the that will deliver as early as possible but that didn't happen,4th time they issue me a date but guess what nothing was delivered and they said it was during busy time in December they issued another date for April again still nothing was delivered . When i asked The salesman Danie came with an excuse that they had to start again doing the furniture because it has ruined by moving from one courier to another. This people they don't care about their customers the only thing matters it's money to them, the CEO has never returned my emails up until today. I hope South Africans should never trust this business at all their furniture it's very attractive on the internet, but they the worse company ever.
