Unreliable and *********** Milo Designs

I ordered bedroom suite in March 2018.To this date I have not received the goods as promised that it will take 8 to 10 weeks to deliver.I have been following up with the owner as well as their agents and they all keep on lying.I have paid the amount in full.The last straw is when they **** that the goods are with the courier company,when I try to track them,the company does not have them.The manager is refusing to refund me.
