Unprofession "Milo Designs"

Hi, please help me, I have a problem with a company called Milo Designs, I've purchased items to them cost R11 000, they promise to deliver my item in 15 days, till today no delivery. I've phone them multiple time but no luck, the shop is closed down (Springfield in Durban) without informing clients. please help me. they are so unprofessional.
