Purchased goods a year ago but no delivery

Good afternoon my name is pelela Kobo I purchased bedroom suite at Milo design in April 2018 and they asked to pay full amount so that the goods can be delivered in May 2018the price of the purchased goods was 14thousand . Up to today I haven't received it they have been making promises of delivering even today nothing and nothing good comes from them except that it will be delivered soon and now it's been a year running after them. I have been asking them to give me my money if they can't deliver but nothing please help me
