Poor Service delivery by Milo Designs and Empty promises

Hi, I bought my bedroom suit on 24 November 2017 and paid R11 990,00. Invoice number: #0150 to date I have not received my order. I made a comment on Milo design's facebook page expressing my dissatisfaction with their service and they Blocked me on Facebook. I can no longer receive nor comment on their page. Their service is pathetic. I mean, why block someone on facebook instead of apologizing and resolving the matter?? What kind of a service is that??
